Will Vice Ganda return to the big screen?

Unkabogable StarΒ Vice GandaΒ shared that he had a meeting with Star Cinema, the film outfit of ABS-CBN, and he appeared to be hinting about a new movie project.

Vice’s last movie was three years ago and his fans have been anticipating his return to the big screen. It is known to many showbiz fans that many moviegoers expected him to have an entry in the Metro Manila Film Festival 2021 just like what he did in previous years.

However, this anticipation did not realize apparently because of the pandemic. In a recent episode of It’s Showtime, based on the article in Bandera, Vice Ganda hinted that there is going to be a movie project soon.

Vice noticed that his co-hosts Vhong Navarro and Ogie Alcasid were doing big movements.Β β€œAng lalaki ng galaw n’yo ha, pang-big screen!” the comedian-host commented and then the three of them laughed.

Then, Vhong told Ogie that Vice wanted them to do a movie together. β€œPorke’t nalaman n’yong may meeting ako sa Star Cinema kahapon, ha!” the Unkabogable Star revealed.

After this Vhong joked that Ogie could be the sidekick of Vice like comedians MC, Lassy, and Negi. Then, Vice mentioned that he feels that Ogie is a lucky charm for him.

β€œActually, ito walang halong keme, ha. Kasi noong nagka-casting kami kagabi, nag-iisip kami tapos sabi ko, β€˜Parang feeling ko lucky charm ko now si Ogie Alcasid’ sabi ko sa kanila,” Vice shared.

With what the comedian-host said, the OPM icon gestured like he is very pleased with the good words from Vice Ganda. β€œHindi, kasi kami talaga ni Vhong β€˜yun kaya sabi ko, isama si Ogie kasi parang lucky charm ko,” he explained.
