Ikinatuwa ni Kim Chiu ang pagbabalik ni Anne Curtis bilang co-host ng It’s Showtime dahil magkakasama na sila nang personal sa isang programa.
On leave si Anne sa noontime show ng Kapamilya Channel dahil nasa Melbourne, Australia siya nang maging regular co-host si Kim ng It’s Showtime noong September 28, 2020.
Nang magkita sila kahapon, May 28, 2022, tuwang-tuwa at sobrang tinis ng boses ni Kim nang sabihin nitong, “Oh, yes, Ate Anne, we miss you so much!”
Komento si Anne, “Bumaba na ang boses ko. Ibinibigay ko na yung Tinis Trono kay Kim.”
Nagpasalamat si Kim kay Anne at nagkuwento tungkol sa madalas na pag-iiwan niya ng comments sa mga Instagram post ng aktres na mahigit dalawang taong hindi napanood sa It’s Showtime.

Sagot si Anne, “I am so excited. Meron pa akong isang paghuhugutan ng energy.”
Mabilis na reaksiyon ni Kim, “Yes, wala ka man mahugot sa akin about parenting, energy na lang!”
Malaki ang naging kontribusyon ni Kim sa It’s Showtime habang wala si Anne dahil marami ang naaliw sa pagiging kikay at mga nakakatawang hirit niya, pero hindi maiiwasang may mga taong ayaw sa kanya.
Naging unfair kay Kim ang bashers na nagsabing puwede na siyang umalis sa It’s Showtime dahil bumalik na si Anne.
Naging malupit din kay Kim ang ilang netizens na ikinukumpara siya kay Anne na hindi makatarungan dahil may kanya-kanya silang abilidad bilang mga aktres at television host.
Pero hindi naman nagpabaya ang mga tagahanga niyang todo ang pagtatanggol sa kanya.
