Bininyagan ang ten-month-old daughter nina Alfred Vargas at Yasmine Espiritu-Vargas na si Aurora Sofia sa Christ The King Parish sa Greenmeadows, Quezon City, noong Linggo, Oktubre 6, 2024.
Si Aurora ang bunso sa apat na anak ng mag-asawa.
Tulad ng kanyang mga kapatid na sina Alexandra, Aryana, at Alfredo Cristiano, bininyagan si Aurora sa Christ The King Parish.

Ginanap naman ang baptism reception para kay Aurora sa One Shangri-La Place sa Mandaluyong City.
Dinaluhan ito ng malalapit na kamag-anak at kaibigan ng pamilya Vargas.
EMOTIONAL SONG FOR AURORA
Isang kanta ang inialay nina Alexandra at Aryana para sa kanilang bunsong kapatid, ang “Never Grow Up” ni Taylor Swift.
Bahagi ng lyrics nito: “Take pictures in your mind of your childhood room / Memorize what it sounded like, when your dad gets home / Remember the footsteps, remember the words said / And all of your little brother’s favorite songs / I just realized everything I have is someday gonna be gone.”
Habang kumakanta ay napaiyak si Alexandra, at napaluha rin si Yasmine nang makita nito ang panganay na anak.

Kuwento ni Yasmine, “Nagpa-practice pa lang sila ng kanta, sinabi na niya sa akin na baka mapaiyak siya.
“Parang siya nga ang nanay ni Aurora. Mapagmahal siyang kapatid, tinutulungan nila ako ni Ary sa pag-aalaga kay Aurora.”
Sabi naman ni Alfred, “Mababait ang anak ko.
“Maganda at napakaayos ng pagpapalaki sa kanila ni Yasmine. Masuwerte ako sa asawa at mga anak ko.
“Yung mga anak kong babae, mahihinhin at matatalino. Magkasundong-magkasundo sila at mahal na mahal nila ang kanilang maliliit na kapatid.”
Alexandra, the eldest of the four Vargas siblings, gets emotional while singing for youngest sister Aurora Sofia during the latter’s baptism reception.

Samantala, ibinalita ni Alfred na mapapanood na simula sa Oktubre 21, 2024 ang Forever Young, ang afternoon drama series na isa siya sa mga bida.
Ang Forever Young ang ipapalit sa timeslot na mababakante ng Abot-Kamay na Pangarap, na magwawakas sa Oktubre 19.
