Actress Nadine Lustre and her boyfriend, Christophe Bariou, are said to be in no rush for their relationship .

That’s what they both said when ABS-CBN reporter MJ Felipe talked about it when they attended the anniversary gala of Vogue Philippines on August 29.

This is considered the first public appearance of the couple together.  

And since Nadine has been asked several times in her past interviews about settling down, MJ directed the question to her boyfriend, Chris, to see what his thoughts are about it.

The French-Filipino entrepreneur replied that his relationship with the actress is going well, so they are enjoying it without rushing.

“I’m not sure what you are referring to but I think we’re super aligned on what’s going on in our relationship. We both don’t want to really make plans,” lahad ni Chris.

“We’re not rushing. We’re not really rushing,” singit naman ni Nadine.

Chris said that’s the culture he grew up with, which Nadine also practiced. 

“In my experience and culture, I don’t want to set dates or set anything. We just try to live as good as we can everyday. We’re really the same on this,” he explained.

And since the actress was vocal about Chris being a positive influence on her, MJ asked Chris how Nadine is a good influence on her.

“I guess, we both compliment each other, enhance each other, and that’s what’s really cool. I think that’s the thing I value the most in our relationship. I think we’re both better [people] together, when we’re together,” he answered.

“We help each other out. We’re both good influence with each other,” Nadine added to what her boyfriend said.

It seems to be true because many good things are happening to the actress now that her love life is a winner, there are more beautiful projects that are winning awards.

“I’m just in a really good place right now. Same as what Chris said earlier, I’m not really planning anything,” saad ng Viva actress.

“I’m kind of just letting the universe give me whatever it should be giving to me. I’m not expecting anything. I’m just happy where I am,” pagpapatuloy n’ya.

“I think, part of the good energy that comes into my life is because of that, maybe. ’Yon. I’m just very positive right now.”

When Chris was asked how he would describe his relationship with Nadine, he said that they are not a perfect couple but they are perfect for each other. 

“We’re definitely in the place where we have super aligned projects and values. We’re working on stuff together also,” he said.

“We’re gonna see the future. We’re working together on other stuff, helping each other. We love each other. There’s not much I can say,” he concluded.
