Actress and media personality Hala Al-Saeed topped the Google trend and social media conversations, after she accused an Uber driver in Egypt of trying to harass her.

During a live broadcast on her official account on the Instagram photo and video site, the Egyptian artist spoke about the incident.

She said: “I am currently in the Dabaa axis, and suddenly the Uber driver stopped on this road and told me that the car is hot. I looked at the slippers and found him taking off his clothes and he told me, ‘Don’t be afraid, I have sugar and I have to go to the bathroom.’ I got out and left my things in the car, and I stood in the street and sent a live report to my friends. Praise be to God.” By God, I am close to home and it is daytime.”

She continued: “The Uber driver tried to harass me, but thank God I came back fine. I said that after what happened, there is still a recording in Arabic, but it is clear that there is no benefit to Uber, the company itself, they must be held accountable.”
