On Friday, October 18, Anne took to Instagram to post a new set of photos of Dahlia looking gorgeous in a pretty traditional outfit.

In her viral online post, Anne revealed they had to dress Dahlia up for United Nations Day and that they chose for her to wear a Filipiniana.
The beautiful pastel Filipiniana outfit of Dahlia was designed and made by Neric Beltran, whom Anne called her “fairy godmother” online.
