Ice Seguerra and Liza Diño have found a sperm donor

GORGY RULA: After Ice Seguerra’s eggs were harvested, FDCP Chairperson Liza Diño also announced on her Instagram account that they have also found a sperm donor.

Liza is thankful because the retrieval of Ice’s eggs was successful and this is just the first step in the long process for them to have a baby.

He shared with PEP Troika that they have already found a sperm donor at a cryobank in America.

“It’s a cryobank in California,” Liza replied when I asked where they got the sperm.

“It’s like a sperm bank but you can choose a sperm donor, and then it has a profile, like that… it has pictures, you can see what looks like a history.

“Here, Ice and I have found a donor to fertilize her eggs.”

“Good thing, you can choose who you want,” he said when speaking to PEP Troika over the phone this Sunday, January 27.

He just didn’t want to say who the sperm donor was, but they said they really researched the person’s history, and they said he had to be tall and blue-eyed.

“There must be a donor that Ice doesn’t have, because he’s small,” Liza said with a laugh.

“’Then, it’s like this fertilized embryo is implanted in me, which is like…of course, at each stage, it’s like what is it, huh…

“That’s why I told you, the first stage is important to us. Because, even then, it might not be successful, huh?”

“You can’t really grow anything without the eggs not growing.”

“But the fact na merong nakuha from Ice, is already a big step.

“In the next step, we will make sure that Ice’s egg and the sperm that were fertilized will be a good match.”

“So, I need to get the whole thing first, then freeze it again, and when I’m ready… of course, because I factored in the 100 Years of Philippine Cinema celebration, so maybe December is my plan to implant it,” the FDCP Chairperson added.

She first wants to finish all her preparations for the 3rd Pista ng Pelikulang Pilipino which will also coincide with the celebration of 100 Years of Philippine Cinema on September 12, then she will rest to prepare for the implantation of the fertilized embryo.

She said there should be no stress and only a little work so she can focus on her pregnancy.

Liza just prays that every stage of this long process of having a baby will be successful.
