Ever since Christine (Anne Curtis) flew back home to the Philippines, she’s always been cold with her estranged mom Georgia (Ai-Ai delas Alas), to the point that she even fakes an amnesia just so she could pretend she doesn’t know her own mother.
But Christine’s resentment might just finally be ended by some revelations from her mom. In one of the scenes from the Wenn V. Deramas-helmed “Ang Cute ng Ina Mo!” (2007), Christine hears the side of Georgia on why she never followed her daughter and husband in Australia.
“Anak, hindi ko choice ‘yun. Alam mo ba ‘yung salitang malas? ‘Yun ang nangyari sa ‘kin. Lahat ginawa ko na pero minalas ako, eh,” Georgia tells Christine.
