It’s Showtime has indeed never stopped in their pursuit of fulfilling their mission of “making people happy,” may it be through the kulitan or harutan moments of the hosts with each other and/or with their guests, as well as coming up with new segments that provide entertainment and prizes to the madlang people.

And just last July, the show launched a fresh segment titled “Bata Bata Pick,” through which we’re able to witness not just the diskarte of the host-player in choosing his/her bet from the pair of kids who will face off in simple challenges, but also the good sport of the hosts who would be picked as the “alay” as they gamely carry out the FUNishment given to them once their chosen kid loses.

Let’s look back on seven of the hilarious FUNishments that the hosts had to take on in the segment in this Showtime Toplist!

Commencing this list is the tandem of MC Muah and Cianne Dominguez, who were the buena mano of the FUNishment for this segment. It immediately started on a hilarious note, as everyone couldn’t stop laughing when they were tasked to switch #OOTDs for the rest of that day’s episode. Luckily, Cianne was wearing a stretchable summer dress that suited well with MC, while she had to wear his pair of sweater and denim pants that both looked oversized on her petite body.

It wasn’t only MC who was punished during the pilot episode of “Bata Bata Pick”, but also his friend, Vice Ganda, whose wig fell off after she had to whip it back and forth as her FUNishment after the chosen kid of Jhong Hilario, lost in the challenged.

And only a couple of days after the segment’s eventful first episode, Cianne once again got involved in an #OOTD swap, but this time with the Vhong Navarro, on the very first day of August. Cianne put on the khaki jacket, white shirt, and denim pants of Kuys Vhong, while the latter became the ‘laughingstock,’ especially by his co-hosts, since he was compelled to wear her pink bodycon dress that he had to pair with a pleated brown mini skirt. They had to wear it as well throughout the episode, so seeing Kuys Vhong in that attire truly added more amusement.

The following day, Ryan Bang was among the hosts who faced a FUNishment. While it was already quite a challenge for him to speak in Tagalog, the struggle got realer for him when he was asked to wear a mouthguard while singing his favorite song, Yeng Constantino’s “Hawak Kamay.”

Jackie’s efforts to look stunning in an episode of “It’s Showtime were put to waste after MC was asked to “tis” her deliberately until it looked totally disheveled, as if she just had woken up. Unfortunately for her, she wasn’t allowed to fix it until that day’s episode concluded.

She may be the Unkabogable Star, but Vice still wasn’t able to escape another FUNishment bestowed upon her. This time, she had to show the world one of her armpits. Since it was a rare TV moment, not only one but four cameras surrounded her so that their director, Jon Moll, wouldn’t miss a shot.

And lastly, can you remember the early days of Ryan on the show when he was still giving away any of his clothes and/or accessories in a certain episode to the madlang people as a form of his sample? Well, he was able to do it again on their 15th year after he was told to take off the shirt he was wearing and give it to someone from the live studio audience. But since it was very cold inside the studio, he asked the lucky madlang audience to let him borrow it first, and he would just return it to him by the end of the show that day.
