Kapuso Primetime King Dingdong Dantes revealed that he is doing this before the Family Feud game starts.

Aside from his acting stints, Dingdong has already done some hosting jobs in the past. Currently, he is hosting the primetime game show on GMA. He shared during an interview on Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho that he did not expect to be given a chance to be the host of Family Feud.

Dingdong said that before he had the chance to be the replacement of Richard Gomez in hosting the said game show but it is only now that he enjoyed doing it fully. For him, this stint is very therapeutic. “Kasi good vibes all the way,” the actor-host said.

He also shared that from start to finish, the energy is high, either he will duplicate the energy of the contestants or he will be the one who will give them the energy. Dingdong Dantes also loves the fact that doing this show is not as hectic as his projects in the past.

It is different and he enjoys it very much, the actor-host said. Then, he revealed that before the game, he would answer the questions. “Nagpa-practice ako, imagine mula umpisa hanggang ngayon, lahat ng tanong nadaanan ko,” he said.

Dingdong shared that he enjoys answering the questions and he is happy if he gets the top answer. When asked about the most memorable episode, the Kapuso host cited the one that featured Dagul and his family.

At that time, Dagul’s time was behind but they were able to steal the points from their opponents. They won and they also got the jackpot prize. Dingdong Dantes shared that he is happy when teams would get the jackpot prize because as much as possible they want the contestants to win.
