Baron Geisler ordered by DOJ to face acts of lasciviousness complaint

Preliminary investigation is set on May 23.

A subpoena was formally issued by the Department of Justice to ex-PBB Celebrity Edition housemate Baron Geisler. Baron is currently facing a P5-million lawsuit filed by Patricia Martinez, the daughter of William Martinez and Yayo Aguila

Embattled Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Edition ex-housemate Baron Geisler has been asked by the Department of Justice (DOJ) to answer the acts of lasciviousness complaint filed against him by the daughter of actors William Martinez and Yayo Aguila.

The DOJ issued a subpoena against the young actor, requiring him to show up on May 23 at 10:30 a.m. for the preliminary investigation. Prosecutor Amanda Felipe prepared the DOJ order, according to a dzBB radio report.

Baron’s legal dilemma started when Patricia Maree Aguila Martinez accused Baron—said to be drunk during the incident—of inviting her to have sex with him and then touching her breasts. The incident reportedly took place at the Fiamma Bar on Jupiter Street in Makati City last April 25.

“Bilangin ko daw ang pera niya, he asked me kung may boyfriend na ako, sabi ko oo, inulit nya ang tanong, sinagot ko uli, tapos sabi niya mag-sex tayo. Niyakap niya ako nang mahigpit, ginamit ko na lang panangga ulo ko, tapos hinawakan niya face ko, tapos breast ko,” recalled Patricia.

The young actor defended himself against the accusation by saying that Patricia misinterpreted his actions and intentions.

“No, no that’s not true,” argued Baron when interviewed by DZMM’s Showbiz Mismo on April 28 to air his side of the story.

“Ako mahilig ako na kapag may bago akong role like bading, ginagawa ko to my friends and asking for their approval. Ito bagong role ko na manyak, siguro she took it a wrong way. Di ba, parang kapamilya, so akala ko ay maiintindihan niya na naglalaro ako as a character. E, galing ako sa workshop, so yun lang,” he added.

Patricia’s dad William Martinez, however, is not buying Baron’s alibi.

Interviewed by GMA-7 News on the same day Patricia filed the complaint, the former matinee idol angrily addressed Baron: “Hindi puwede pagka-lasing ka, mambabastos ka, ‘pag normal ka magsu-sorry ka. Hindi puwedeng again and again and again and again. Kawawa ang babae. He has to learn a lesson, hindi puwedeng ganito, lagi na lang ganito.
