Boy Abunda mentioned the Eat Bulaga issue in his Fast Talk show

King of Talk Boy Abunda shared the reaction of former TAPE Inc. CEO Tony Tuviera after the interview he did with the company’s current chief financial officer Bullet Jalosjos.

In a Fast Talk episode last week, Bullet answered the issues surrounding the rumored “rebranding” that Eat Bulaga will go through. The TAPE Inc executive said that the show has no financial problems and that Tony decided to retire which his father, former congressman Romy Jalosjos accepted.

With this, the Jalosjos siblings are now handling the production company. In a recent episode of Tito Boy’s Kapuso talk show, based on the article in Inquirer, he said that he reached out to Tony Tuviera following his interview with Bullet.

In the April 26 episode of Fast Talk, Boy Abunda talked about Eat Bulaga host Tito Sotto’s statement contradicting Bullet Jalosjos’s claim regarding Tony Tuviera’s “retirement.”

Previously, Tito stressed that Tony did not retire on his own, he was “pinagre-retire.” The former Senate President also belied the statement of Bullet that the show is financially stable.

In line with this issue, the seasoned TV host said that he personally reached out to the camp of Tony Tuviera.

“I would like the public to know na bago namin ma-interview si Mayor Bullet Jalosjos, ako’y tumawag [nang] personal kay Mr. Tony Tuviera, Mike Tuviera—na mga kaibigan ko, pamilya ko—and other people involved sa usaping ito,” Tito Boy said.

However, Tony and his camp chose not to speak about the Eat Bulaga issue. “They chose to be quiet at naiintindihan ko po at iginagalang ko po ‘yung kanilang pananahimik,” Boy Abunda shared, adding that before he did the interview, he already informed Tony and Mike Tuviera.
