MANILA — Actress Heart Evangelista posted on her Instagram account to reveal the news of her recent miscarriage, marking her fourth loss.
Heart shared that she had lost her baby boy, whom she named “Francisko,” after his heartbeat suddenly stopped while in her womb.
Despite the heartbreak, Heart expressed gratitude to her unborn child for the love he had already brought her, stating, “Thank YOU for still trying to be with me and for making me feel so much love already.”
Evangelista has now shared her challenges with miscarriage twice in 2024. In March, she revealed that she experienced a miscarriage in February and disclosed that she and her husband, Sen. Francis “Chiz” Escudero, had intended to name their daughter Sophia Heart.
In her emotional post, Heart addressed her baby boy, affectionately calling him “FrancisKo” and expressing her love for him, promising to keep her heart intact as he finds his way back to them.
She also extended a message to all mothers, acknowledging their strength and resilience, and offering support to women going through similar struggles.
