Former Chief Presidential Legal Counsel Salvador Panelo blatantly mocked Senator Imee Marcos when she said she would not be able to attend the administration slate’s campaign rally because she could not accept what happened to former President Rodrigo Duterte.

“I apologize to my Waray compatriots that I will not be able to attend the rally later in Tacloban,” Marcos first stated.

“I cannot accept what was done to former President Duterte. I am studying the events to enlighten the people and come up with a realistic solution regarding the impeachment of the former president,” he added.

But Panelo had a different experience, so in a separate interview with him, he simply sang “balat-kayo pala ang buhay sa mundo.”
