Dingdong Dantes Shares Insights on Collaborating with Beauty Gonzalez as His Leading Lady!

Kapuso Primetime King Dingdong Dantes shared his experience working with actress Beauty Gonzalez in the series I Can See You: AlterNate.

Beauty is the new leading lady of Dingdong and fans are getting excited about their new project. This will be the second series of the actress as a Kapuso after she officially transferred to GMA last year.

Based on the article in Abante, during a recent interview, Dingdong said that he is happy to work with Beauty. “Literally it was a beautiful experience working with Beauty. Kasi, talagang I respect her artistry,” the actor said.

Dingdong Dantes added that his leading lady is a brilliant artist not just in acting but in other aspects as well. “Oftentimes, we talk about her deep involvement sa arts. Ang dami ko rin natutunan sa kanya sa mga bagay na ‘yan,” he shared.

Above all this, the husband of Marian Rivera said that the commitment of Beauty Gonzalez when it comes to her craft is something admirable. “That’s why I admire her professionalism,” the actor added.

Dingdong also shared that during their virtual script reading, he already noticed that Beauty was really in character. He said that it was no longer Beauty but her character Sheila. The actor revealed that at that time, he was just reading the script like how he reads normally but the actress did beyond that.

He can say that even during that time, the actress was already invested and she was more invested when they already shot the series. Admittedly, the actor said that he is surprised by the nuances that Beauty did for her character.

“Iba-iba kasi siyempre, iba ang ibibigay niya kay Nate, iba ang ibibigay niya kay Michael,” he said about his leading lady. With this, Dingdong Dantes stressed the importance of team work when it comes to doing scenes. He added that he feels fortunate to do two difficult roles in this new Kapuso series.
