Here’s the message of Vice Ganda to Maris Racal.
During the It’s Showtime guesting of Maris Racal, she has this touching encounter with ABS-CBN comedian superstar Vice Ganda.
2024 did not end well for love team Maris Racal and Anthony Jennings. The break-up of Jennings and Jam Villanueva became a viral and controversial topic online after Jennings’ ex-girlfriend exposed the private messages between the two celebrities.
This was also during the time when “And The Breadwinner Is” was about to be released. They were both part of this film and because of their issue, they were not able to join the other cast in promoting the film.
Despite this, Vice spoke about Maris and Anthony in a positive way. According to him, Maris is “very talented” which is something undeniable while Jennings, for him, has a charm in him. They both have this potential which made the management choose them to be in the film.
Recently, to promote a new film with Jennings called “Sosyal Climbers”, Racal appeared in the “Hide And Sing” segment. She did not mention Jennings in her entire stay in the show but what touched many people’s hearts was her brief interaction with Vice Ganda.
“Buneng, bakit sumasama ka sa usapin ng mga matatanda, Buneng!” Vice quipped. This was a similar dialogue they’ve had in their MMFF 2024 movie.

“Kasi lipstick mo, Buneng! Sali ka lang nang sali sa usapan ng matatanda,” Vice also said and Maris responded, “Sorry, matanda ka nga! Sorry!”
They had a few more exchanges when Maris quipped, “Ate, sorry hindi ako nakapag-promote!”
Vice caught this and on a serious note, the comedian said, “Okay lang, Buneng, mas mahalaga ka kesa dun sa pelikula.”
Touched by this, the younger artist expressed, “Meme, I love you so much talaga. Totoo ‘to.”
