Vhong Navarro denies allegations no $3x incident occurred between deniece cornejo allegations..what is the truth/hi

The case involving Vhong Navarro and Deniece Cornejo has become one of the most prominent scandals in the Philippines, attracting much attention in the media and the community. The case began in 2014 when Vhong Navarro was accused of assaulting $3x and was assaulted by Deniece Cornejo, a model, at her apartment in Taguig.

According to Deniece Cornejo’s accusation, she was sexually assaulted by Vhong Navarro when he visited her. However, Vhong Navarro denied all allegations and claimed that he was tricked and assaulted by Cornejo and her group. Vhong also said that he was kidnapped, beaten and forced to sign a false statement.

After a lengthy investigation and trial, the case finally came to a conclusion, in which Vhong Navarro was not convicted of assaulting $3x. Deniece Cornejo’s charges against Vhong were dismissed, with the court deciding that there was insufficient evidence to prove sexual assault.

The case is one of the most high-profile involving $3x assault allegations in the Philippine entertainment industry, and it has sparked much controversy and speculation about the truth of the story. Vhong Navarro’s acquittal on the $3x assault charge has raised many questions about the fairness and accuracy of the charges in similar cases.

Although Vhong Navarro was cleared in this case, the incident has had a major impact on his personal image and career.

A warrant for Navarro’s arrest was issued Monday by Taguig City Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 69 presiding judge Loralie Datahan.

The rape charge is non-bailable, the magistrate said in her order.

Model Deniece Cornejo sued Navarro for acts of lasciviousness and rape, which allegedly happened separately in January 2014.

“He is at the NBI Manila detention center. He was transferred there this morning,” NBI Information Division chief Nick Suarez told reporters on Tuesday.

Navarro, 45, also underwent medical examination and Covid-19 testing on Monday night.

His counsel Alma Mallonga, said they will be filing pleadings before the Court of Appeals and the Taguig RTC.

“We are mystified,” Mallonga said in an interview late Monday. “He is entitled to bail at the very least.”

Taguig Metropolitan Trial Court Branch 116 Judge Angela Francesca Din earlier found probable cause on the indictment for acts of lasciviousness and set a bail of PHP36,000.

Navarro surrendered to the NBI for the bailable case but was surprised with another arrest warrant for rape.

The Court of Appeals ordered the filing of the rape and acts of lasciviousness cases after Cornejo’s complaints were dismissed by the Taguig City prosecutor’s office and the Department of Justice
