John Estrada has this answer to the most recent issue about him

Actor John Estrada debunked the rumor linking him romantically to actress Barbie Imperial.

Last year, it was confirmed that Barbie and actor Richard Gutierrez were dating months after sightings of them surfaced online. After the relationship confirmation, they became more visible and the actress even attended events with the actor’s family.

Recently, a rumor surfaced that Richard and Barbie’s relationship is in trouble. Allegedly, John is to blame.

Previously, Barbie Imperial denied the rumored romance between her and John Estrada. She stressed that even though they are both cast members in the Kapamilya primetime series Batang Quiapo, they weren’t able to see each other during shootings.

In a recent Instagram post, John also expressed his thoughts on this issue. He strongly debunked the allegation about him and Barbie. He said that he had no idea where or who started this craziness linking him to the actress.

John said that he does not know Barbie personally and that he only saw her once, probably during the ABS-CBN Christmas Special in 2021 or 2022. The actor said that it was the first and the last time he had seen the actress, so far.

He also stressed that he and Barbie are in different groups and units. They also had different directors in the Kapamilya action-drama series, which goes to show that they were not seeing each other on the set.

“Kung sino man nag simula nito e puede ka maging komedyante,” John said about the rumor. He also reminded online news outlets to be responsible and do some research before releasing a certain write-up.

In his post, John Estrada included a collage photo of him, Barbie Imperial, Richard Gutierrez, and Anabelle Rama with the text “Fake News” on it. It can be noticed that Richard’s sister Ruffa Gutierrez liked this post.
