Following this news, Darryl shared his next step for his ‘Pepsi Paloma’ film and said they are aiming for it to be reviewed by MTRCB.

Meanwhile, Darryl Yap’s ‘Motion to Consolidate’ filed by his lawyer, Atty. Raymond Fortun, has been denied by the court. A report by ABS-CBN quoted the court as stating in its decision that the two legal actions filed by the camp of Vic Sotto were ‘inherently distinct in nature, purpose, jurisdiction, and procedure.’
