Ivana Alawi officially leaves “FPJ’s Batang Quiapo” and actor-director Coco Martin has this reaction.

The chemistry of Bubble and Tanggol was loved by many in “FPJ’s Batang Quiapo”. These are the characters of Ivana Alawi and Coco Martin but the former had to leave the show because of her commitments.

In a previous article, Ivana signed off as Bubbles following the episode where her character got killed by David aired. She is grateful to everyone, especially Coco. Initially, it was agreed that she’ll only be there for three months but the chemistry with Tanggol made her stay longer.

Coco’s reaction to Ivana’s exit from BQ

In a report from ABS-CBN, Coco was asked about Ivana’s exit and as per him, he was sad about it. He was saddened that she had to leave. They treat her as a family already after almost a year of working with her.

The actor added that what happened after she joined the series was unexpected. They never expected for Tanggol and Bubbles’ love team to be loved by many and for the role and the storyline to improve over time.

However, her commitments which included her vlogging career, needed to be tend to by her already and when she asked to leave, he had nothing to do but allow her. It was hard but he understands her reason to leave.

He is grateful to her contribution to the series. He hopes that she enjoyed working with them and that she’ll never get tired of working with him.

Meanwhile, it was rumored before that her attitude got her removed from the show. This was refuted and previously, Ivana addressed the attitude problem rumors and according to her, there’s no truth to this. She respects everyone from the show.
