Will Billy Crawford be open to hosting Showtime again?

This is what dancer-host Billy Crawford said when asked about hosting and working in It’s Showtime again after many years.

Five years ago after nine years of being It’s Showtime host, Billy Crawford quit. It was the same time he settled down with Coleen Garcia. Now, why did he leave the show after roughly a decade of work?

He explained why he left the noontime show and shared that his decision is filed by choosing to focus on being a husband to his wife and to create music.

He initially ask for a leave to focus on his life which included wedding planning and marriage. He was also in the middle of building their house and instead of making promises to come back, he took the time off to choose his family over his career.

Years after, he went back to work. He and other personalities hosted TV5’s Tropang LOL. It aired from October 2020 to April 29, 2023. Tropang LOL bade goodbye after two years of airing.

But many things have changed. The once impossible thing became possible like a Kapamilya show being on a GMA channel. Currently, Its Showtime is aired on GTV and Billy is now in GMA.

The former Showtime host was asked if he would be willing to host again in the show he left and he has an affirmative answer.

He doesn’t have the slightest hint about this matter but, for him, he goes to where work is. He said, “I go where work takes me, to be honest with you. Kung saan ang trabaho, doon ako.”

It seems like he’s open about the possibility but just doesn’t have an idea if it’s happening based on a report from PEP.

Meanwhile, he and Coleen now have a son named Amari. Their baby boy is so adorable that he instantly became a social media darling. Their followers will surely know how this little man loves his corn.
