Netizens have trolled a TikTok video by GMA Network featuring Kapuso star Sanya Lopez featuring the official music video of her song “Hot Maria Clara” in July 2022.

An X post by the account “Auntie Selina” on January 26 seems to compare the song to Kapamilya star Maymay Entrata’s “Amakabogera”.
Star Music released the music video of Maymay’s popular song in October 2021.
According to the X user, “When they tried to imitate Maymay Entrata’s βAmakabogeraβ but ended up flopping so hard.”
