Barbie Forteza enjoyed being part of It’s Showtime pilot episode on GTV
Kapuso actress Barbie Forteza talked about her guesting on It’s Showtime on July 1, the pilot episode of the Kapamilya show on GTV.
Barbie was one of the Kapuso stars who joined the celebration of the new partnership between GMA and ABS-CBN. With this, the “network war” is really over.
Based on the article in GMA Entertainment, Barbie shared that she never imagined being on It’s Showtime stage.

Barbie Forteza admitted that she and her mother were just watching the Kapamilya noontime show. The Kapuso actress also revealed that her mother is a big fan of Unkabogable Star Vice Ganda.
“Dati kasi pinapanood lang namin sila sa Showtime. Sabi ko nga, parte sila ng tanghalian namin. Si Mama talaga idol na idol si Vice so tuwang tuwa siya no’ng binati siya ni Vice on live TV,” the actress said.
She added that it was just a “suntok sa buwan” to be on the stage of the Kapamilya show but this is happening now. Barbie is happy that the walls between networks. “Nakakakilabot, actually, kung ando’n ka sa studio,” she shared.

Although it was just a short guesting, it was memorable for her because she really had fun. The Kapuso actress said that she already became close to Kapamilya stars Kim Chiu, Belle Mariano, and Alexa Ilacad.
“Ang saya kasi ‘di ko alam unang meeting pa lang namin, naging close kami in two days. Ang saya, napaka-approachable nila, very down to earth nila, very welcoming lahat, not just the artists, especially the staff, the director. And ‘yung vibe? Walang bigat at all,” Barbie Forteza said.
