Nadine Samonte, in her latest interview with Boy Abunda, addressed the bashing she has received over collecting Royal Molly.
In Fast Talk with Boy Abunda, Nadine revealed she had read some “below the belt” comments after sharing her collection.

“Nung umpisa po na nagpo-post na ako, may mga bashers na medyo below the belt and sinasabi nila na, ‘Kaya ka pala walang upuan sa gala night.’ So may mga ganun,” she recalled.
According to Nadine, she was not aware that Marian Rivera was also a huge collector. She then recalled contacting Marian.
“I texted her kasi I’m looking for some Royal Mollies na meron siya. Sabi ko, ‘Yan, saan mo nabili yung ibang Royal Mollies mo? Sino yung supplier mo?’ Kasi that Royal Molly is really really hard to find, it’s rare kasi two years ago na po siyang nilabas so it’s really hard to find,” she said.
During the interview, Nadine said Marian was happy for her, which is why she was wondering where the bashing came from.
“She’s so happy for me so I’m just curious, parang bakit yung mga tao galit na galit sakin kasi nanggagaya ako?” she asked.

Nadine Samonte is an actress and social media star in the Philippines. She and Richard Chua tied the knot on October 30, 2013. They already have three children: Heather, Titus, and Harmony. Heather was born in August 2016. She gave birth to baby Titus in April 2019. Harmony was born in November 2021.
