Here’s the fun Batangas trip of Vice Ganda with the Showtime staff.
VICE GANDA – Its Showtime host Vice Ganda goes to Batangas with the Showtime staff and here’s a video of their fun bonding.
Strong teams are not made by hiring the most qualified individuals. Strong teams are made by members who work together and collaboratively.
And this is one of the reasons why team building in a company is crucial and significant. This is held outside the office and it gives the members of the team to interact with each other in an environment that is not related to work.
In a recent vlog of Vice Ganda, he and the staff of “Its Showtime” program went to Batangas to bond and relax.
They went to a resort in Batangas and with them is Director John Mol, the director of the show. During their stay, all they did is to eat, talk, and have fun. What they did was more on taking a break.
And Vice, the only host who was with them, made them enjoy the trip. They went on ghost hunting during the night but found nothing. This horror part failed because of Vice’s humor.
The following day, they soaked under the sun and did some beach activities like banana boating and riding the gigantic disco ball.
They were not able to come up with anything for the show’s improvement but it did surely improve their relationship.

Vice’s viewers appreciated the whole video and admired how close the host is to each of them. The fans wished that the other hosts can also be in this kind of activity the next time.
