Filipino singer Sofronio Vasquez won this year’s “The Voice USA!”
NBC’s The Voice shared the awesome news on social media Wednesday (Manila time).
Sofronio’s victory makes him the first Asian and first Filipino to win the competition.
In the finals, he wowed with his performance “Unstoppable” by Sia and “A Million Dreams” from “The Greatest Showman.”
Michael Bublé served as Sofronio’s coach throughout the singing contest. After his victory’s announcement, the two shared The Voice stage and sang a duet of “Who’s Lovin’ You.”
