James Yap reacts to Kris Aquino’s allegations of child neglect
James Yap: “If you were the one paying tuition and then suddenly transferred schools without your knowledge, would you be happy?”
James Yap responded to his ex-wife Kris Aquino’s rants this Saturday, August 19.

Kris is furious with her ex-husband for his interview with several media outlets, including PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal), at the opening of James’s gastropub in Greenhills, San Juan City.

The interview revealed that James has not seen his son Bimby for eight months, and that his visitation rights to the child are not being fulfilled.

She said she doesn’t want to push herself anymore because she seems to be getting tired of being in love with Bimby. Due to her revelation, Kris hit back at James through a long Facebook post.

According to Kris, her ex-husband didn’t make an effort to get to know their son better.

He also doesn’t provide support, and it’s been a long time since he last helped him pay his son’s tuition.

He even warned his ex-wife not to use their son for publicity of their new bar.

Aside from James, some of his showbiz friends Vice Ganda and Daniel Padilla are also part-owners of District 8.

James’s response was that he hoped netizens would have respect for their fellow man.

He also said that he made every effort, but nothing happened.
