Sa isang panayam na inilabas sa “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,” isiniwalat ni Kris Aquino ang posibilidad na ang kanyang kaarawan ngayon ay maaaring huli na niya dahil sa lumalalang kondisyon.
“Yes, because of Churg Strauss, I now have cardiomyopathy. This means my heart muscles are having trouble pumping blood due to inflammation, and because of that inflammation, it’s exhausting my heart and causing it to begin to fail and ultimately,” pag-amin ni Kris Aquino.
Ayon pa kay Kris Aquino sakaling ito na ang magiging huling kaarawan niya, nais lamang niyang pasalamatan ang kanyang mga anak na sina Josh at Bimby dahil siya ang napiling maging ina ng mga ito. Nagpasalamat din siya sa kanyang mga kapatid para sa love & generosity.
Bagama’t alam umano ni Kris Aquino na matagal na siyang humihiling panalangin, nais niyang kapalan ang kanyang pagmumukha dahil ayaw pa niyang iwan ang kanyang dalawang anak na alam niyang labis na nangangailangan sa kanya.
Hiniling rin ni Kris Aquino na patuloy siyang ipagdasal dahil alam umano niyang didinggin ng panginoon ang panalangin mula sa maraming mga tao. Kaya naman kahit nahihirapan na ay pilit pa rin siyang lumalaban.
