WATCH: Kim Chiu shares Dubai trip with Paulo Avelino
Itβs ShowtimeΒ host Kim Chiu recently gave fans a glimpse of her Dubai trip with onscreen partner Paulo Avelino through her latest vlog.
In the video, Kim takes viewers behind the scenes of their activities during their three-day stay in the city.
βAng dami naming activities for the next three days. Actually, three days lang kami dito si Dubai,β Kim said. βI hope youβre gonna enjoy this vlog. Snips snips lang ng kaunti-kaunti lang. Sasama ko lang kayo every now and then.β
Kim first shared a video of her and Paulo strolling in a mall in Dubai where Kim jokingly asked to use Pauloβs card to pay for her purchases.
βWe are here to the mall. Malling kami. Hoy (Paulo), mag-guest ka naman sa vlog ko! Hi! Mag-shopping tayo? Card mo gagamitin ah?β Kim asked.
Without batting an eyelash, Paulo agreed: βSige.β
Later, Paulo even treated Kim and the team to a delicious lunch.
βMaliit na bagay,β Paulo replied, after Kim thanked him.
Despite battling an allergy attack, Kim brought her usual charm as she helped Paulo with his makeup before an event.
βFirst time ko mag-makeup sa iyo, so wag mo muna ako ija-judge,β Kim teased Paulo. βOh di ba! Parang wala lang! Ang galing ko talaga mag-makeup. Ako na ang bago mong makeup artist.β
On Day 2, Kim and Paulo enjoyed an early morning run and caught the sunrise as the highlight of their 10-kilometer jog. The two ran side by side as they kept pace with each other.
Kim also met up with her brother, William, before attending a meet-and-greet event where she and Paulo serenaded their Filipino fans in Dubai, adding more “kilig” moments to the trip.
During their performance of Parokya ni Edgarβs “Pangarap Lang Kita”, Paulo playfully teased Kim with the song’s lyrics.
Kim also made sure not to miss watching the famous Dubai fountain show with her brother, Paulo and their team.
On the final day of their trip, Kim grabbed the chance to try one of Dubaiβs famous extreme activities: skydiving.
βItβs our last day here in Dubai and hindi pwede kung hindi kami mag-skydiving,β she expressed. βAndito na kami and waiting kami for our turn. Medyo hindi naman siya super nakakakaba.β
Kim and her manager then took the plunge from 13,000 feet.
βSuper saya ang experience,β she reported. βSuper Β saya. Love it!β
Kim ended her vlog with a reflection on her trip, emphasizing the importance of taking time to become a better version of oneβs self.
Meanwhile, Kim and Pauloβs much awaited movie, My Love Will Disappear is set for release in cinemas this February 2025.
