Kris Aquino continues to share updates on her health with her Instagram followers. She also revealed that she may go abroad for treatment this month.

In an Instagram post, Kris said that she has completed her first Xolair injection.

“1st Xolair injection was a success, meaning I managed the full dose,” she said in the caption of the video about her first dose.

“For the privacy of my doctors let me say thank you using their 1st names: Dr. Hazel, Dr. Katcee, Dr. Nikki, and Dr. Cricket… nurse Eloi is back & nurse Bianca came to keep watch,” Kris continued.

Her two closest friends who are like sisters to her, Anne Binay and Cong. Len Alonte, were reportedly there.

“And next to me are best sons ever kuya josh & bimb. Yes, that’s why May aunt Ballsy, we were updating my Ate every step of the way,” she said.

If there are no problems with her next dose, Kris said she might be leaving for abroad.

“Thank you for your prayers- supposed to rest this week, then March 13 is the next shot- then after 5 days, praying nothing goes wrong, we finally go abroad & I continue my next doses of Xolair and finally tackle my autoimmune and other important health problems,” Kris shared.

Kris also revealed that she weighs only 85 pounds or 38.5 kg now.

“P.S. nurse Eloi was giving me diphenhydramine shots for my chronic urticaria, last night. I’m used to it. It really is necessary,” she added.

According to Xolair’s website, the injectable prescription medicine is used to treat “chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU, previously referred to as chronic idiopathic urticaria (CIU), chronic hives without a known cause) in people 12 years of age and older who continue to have hives that are not controlled with H1 antihistamine treatment.”

Kris was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease last year. She recently said she is cancer and diabetes-free.
