Zac Efron reacts to High School Musical costars Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Tisdale having babies: ‘Fun family reunions coming up’
The three costarred in Disney’s “High School Musical” in 2006, and Efron dated Hudgens for five years.
Zac Efron had a sweet response when asked about two of his former High School Musical costars, Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Tisdale, being pregnant at the same time.
Efron and Hudgens, who played the lead characters in the 2006 Disney movie, also dated for five years between 2005 and 2010. Hudgens and Tisdale were famously close friends when they were making the original and sequels, High School Musical 2 and High School Musical 3: Senior Year.

Hudgens revealed that she’s expecting her first child with pro baseball player Cole Tucker, whom she married in December, in March, when she was visibly pregnant on the red carpet at the Academy Awards.
In May, the Masked Singer champion told ET that she was excited.
“I’m just so stoked and feel so grateful,” she said. “I feel like the more you can acknowledge the magic that is around you, the more it continues to present itself, and that’s kind of been the train that I’ve been on for a good few years now and it never fails.”
Meanwhile, Tisdale announced on social media later that month that she and husband Christopher French would soon have a sibling for their 3-year-old daughter, Jupiter. Tisdale and French married in September 2014.
As for Efron, no word of a little one on the way. But his latest professional project is the romantic comedy A Family Affair, which costars Nicole Kidman and Joey King, and is available June 28 to stream on Netflix.
