AiAi has no plans to pursue Gerald Sibayan over his green card
Despite their separation, AiAi delas Alas said she has no plans to request that the “green card” in America that her estranged husband Gerald Sibayan obtained because of her help be revoked.

On Monday’s episode of “Fast Talk With Boy Abunda,” the actress confirmed that Gerald broke up with her in October via chat. However, she denied speculation that she might revoke Gerald’s green card that the latter obtained after he married AiAi, who is a US citizen.

“I won’t do that. Of course, he’s still my husband,” AiAi said.

“It’s like I’m helping him so he can have legal status in America,” the actress added.

Gerald got his green card after AiAi petitioned for him after they got married in 2017.

In 2015, AiAi became a green card holder, which is a legal document in America, allowing her to permanently reside in the country.

According to AiAi, she was in the Philippines and Gerald was in America when the latter chatted about their separation.

Since Gerald already has a job in America, AiAi hopes that things will go well and that he will be able to run his own life.
