The bruises and wounds on the face of club disc jockey Jellie Aw from the beating she received from her fiancé Jam Ignacio are gradually healing.
On Instagram this Sunday, February 23, 2025, Jellie gave an update by making a video about her situation, after several weeks of recovery.
According to the famous DJ, the wounds and bruises she received from Jam are gradually healing.
From the bruise she got under her eye to her cracked lip, and a broken tooth.
Jellie said: “Update, to those who are worried about me, guys, don’t worry. I’m getting better.
“As you can see, I still have a bruise on my eye and my tooth is still broken.
“But I already have a dentist appointment on Tuesday so she can do it.”
“My lip, it’s okay. The wound is dry.”
JELLIE PLANS TO return to work
In fact, Jellie is ready to return to her job as a DJ at Metro Manila’s three go-to night clubs anytime.
She is just waiting for the remaining bruises under her eyes to disappear and for her now swollen face to return to normal due to the wounds she sustained.
She said: “I’m planning to go back to work this week if the bruises and swelling on my face go away.
“That’s it, guys. I just updated you.

JAM APOLOGIZES TO JELLIE
On February 21, Jellie made public her decision to continue the complaint she filed against Jam. On February 14, Jellie approached the NBI (National Bureau of Investigation) office to seek the agency’s help in filing charges against Jam, whom she accused of physical abuse.
The NBI immediately took action and sent Jam a subpoena.
After receiving the subpoena, Jam immediately granted an interview to 24 Oras, where he seemed like a gentle sheep saying that he regretted hurting Jellie.
This is the reason why he went public to apologize to Jellie and her family and friends who were hurt by what happened.
He said: “It was a simple misunderstanding and maybe, maybe there was also a mix of tiredness from our day’s walk.
“Well, I guess I’m only human… maybe I was just full.
“Which I’m not saying is right, but I don’t… I’m not going to tolerate it happening again.
“I apologize, I’m really sorry. Sorry, sorry, sorry to everyone. Jam even reminded Jellie of the good company they had before the incident happened, which left bruises and wounds on the DJ’s face and body.

Jellie admitted that she came and watched Jam’s plea.
If she were asked, she doesn’t want to settle with her fiancé anymore, including her promise that no more marriage will take place between her and Jam.
