Xian Lim just paid another visit to “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,” and this time around, he shared some of the things he has learned about love.
On Friday’s episode, the Kapuso actor said that he thinks love teaches us pain.
“Love is very painful, and it’s also a very magical feeling,” the actor begins.
“I think that’s what love does to you but at a certain point, love disappears,” Xian added.
“And I think, doon na magiging choice ang pagmamahalan. You choose to stay together and you choose to fight for each other, no matter what it is,” he said.

Xian agreed that people can also choose to walk away from each other, which is why love can also be about pain.
When asked if he’s willing to go back to the past should he be given the ability to do so, Xian said, “I think I would.”
“But I would just watch myself,” he continued. “I wouldn’t really do anything to change anything that happened, kasi I think na parang lahat ng nangyari in the past really helped shape the way you are today.”
According to Xian, everything happens for a “specific reason.”
Xian was previously in a relationship with “It’s Showtime” host Kim Chiu. They confirmed their split in December of last year without revealing the reason for ending their 12-year relationship.
Xian currently stars in “Love. Die. Repeat” with Jennylyn Mercado.
