MANILA, Philippines – Kim Chiu’s brother, John Paul Yap Chiu, is now a pilot.
Kim, a proud older sister, congratulated John Paul on Instagram. Kim said that he moved to Canada, away from his family, for 4 years to study and work two jobs on the side.
“Never been this proud!!!!” she wrote. “Congrats [John Paul], dreams really come true! Once you set that goal and you worked hard for it!!! it will really turn into reality!”
Kim also posted a video of her riding in the back of a plane with her brother in the pilot’s seat.
While she’s currently handling the incident privately, Michelle says she will be ‘forced to take their names and this story to the press’ if her properties and materials aren’t returned
