Marcel Kohler, coach of Al Ahly’s first football team, decided to give the players a negative rest on Wednesday, as part of the preparations for the Egyptian Super Cup to be held in the UAE from 20 to 25 October, with the participation of Al Ahly, Zamalek, Pyramids and Ceramica.

The team returns to resume training on Thursday morning before traveling to the UAE at six in the evening of the same day by private plane, and is expected to meet Marcel Kohler, with the players before the start of the morning training to explain the preparation plan for the match against Ceramica scheduled 20 of the same month and motivate them to win the title to be compensated for the loss of the African Super Cup.

Al Ahly team prepared to play the super matches well by raising the physical load and training the players to perform some technical and tactical sentences in the past training, in addition to playing two friendly matches within the preparation program for the Egyptian Super Cup matches, the first of which is with the border guards and the second «Tri-Match» between the players present in the first team training, with the support of some players from the junior sector in the Red Castle.

In the new version of the Egyptian Super will meet next Sunday at Mohammed bin Zayed Stadium Al Ahly and Ceramica teams at eight pm Egypt time.
