Alden Richards and Kathyrn Bernardo had a guesting on ‘All-Out Sundays’

Kapuso actor Derrick Monasterio revealed something about Asia’s Multimedia Star Alden Richards and Asia’s Superstar Kathryn Bernardo.

Alden and Kathryn continued their promotional stints for their second movie Hello, Love, Again, the sequel to their 2019 film Hello, Love, Goodbye which became the top-grossing Filipino film until early 2024.

As their characters, Ethan and Joy, met again, speculations about the status of their relationship behind the camera also surfaced. Rumor has it that the actor started courting Kathryn and allegedly, he is preferred by the actress’s family as her suitor.

However, both Alden and Kathryn did not directly speak about the status of their relationship but said in an interview that they are closer now after their second movie together. Alden even shared that what they have is really deep.

The hopes of KathDen fans that somehow a romance is blooming between the two of the brightest stars of this generation appeared to have been shattered when Alden Richards and Kathryn Bernardo did the Who Is Game.

One of the questions was “Who is most likely to marry first?” Kathryn said that it was Alden because he already wanted to have a baby and she said that she was not yet ready to settle down. With this, some netizens commented that they are just friends.

Despite that video that seemed to have broken the hearts of many KathDen fans, Derrick Monasterio sparked a new hope. Based on the article in Balita, during Kathryn and Alden’s AOS guesting on Sunday, Derrick was one of the Kapuso stars who welcomed the Kapamilya actress, together with Julie Anne San Jose, Christian Bautista, Rayver Cruz, and former Star Magic star Kyline Alcantara.

This was part of Alden and Kathryn’s promotional stints for their movie. During that guesting, Derrick revealed something intriguing. “Alam n’yo, napansin ko kahit off cam, iba talaga tumingin si Alden kay Kathryn,” the Kapuso actor said.

Meanwhile, Kathryn and Alden agreed that there is no more sequel to the story of Joy and Ethan as they ended that chapter of their characters’ lives.
