Heart-touching! Vice Ganda and the Showtime family were able to collect Php 200K for an Odette survivor.

VICE GANDA – Its Showtime family touches many hearts as their collective help for an Odette survivor reached a total of Php 200K.

With collective help from people, surely, the problem of one would just be easy to handle. And that is the essence of bayanihan. In the Philippines, every year, several areas are getting battered by natural disasters. But what made the victims survive is the help that’s coming from the other people of the country.

And in Its Showtime, the hosts and judges’ collective help gave Edimar a new chance and new opportunity to start again. He and his family are still suffering the consequence of the Typhoon Odette. Edimar came from Cebu and Cebu, as much as many people are aware, was the worst hit. It took them a month to regain electricity, people suffered water shortages, and there was lacking food sources.

Headed by Vice Ganda who asked each host how much they can give, the comedian started with Vhong Navarro who gave Php 10,000.00 followed by Php 5,000.00 from Teddy Corpuz. TNT judges Zsa Zsa Padilla, Nyoy Volante, and Ogie Alcasid donated Php 10,000.00, Php 5,000.00, and Php 30,000.00, respectively.

Other hosts such as Ion Perez willingly let go of Php 5,000.00 which is the same amount as Jugs Jugueta. Ryan Bang and Karylle gave Php 10,000.00 each and another Php 30,000.00 from Kim Chiu because Cebu is close to her heart.

Janine Berdin, who was also there, gave Php 5,000.00 and Tyang Amy Perez gave Php 10,000.00 which reached a total of Php 135,000.00. And closing it at Php 200,000.00 is Vice who will give the Php 65,000.00 gap.
