In a new post, Vice Ganda shared this emotional message for Showtime family.
VICE GANDA – After announcing that Its Showtime will now be in GMA’s GTV, Vice Ganda shared this emotional and heartfelt message.
In a previous article, ABS-CBN expressed its gratitude and appreciation to TV5. It has been revealed in the statement that TV5 had offered ABS-CBN the 4:30 pm timeslot on a delayed telecast but declined it.
“We value the meaningful relationship we have built and nurtured with our audience in the noontime slot. It is for this reason that we have respectfully declined the 4:30 pm timeslot offered by TV5 for the show,” ABS-CBN said.
Apart from GTV, Showtime is also aired on A2Z, Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live, iWantTFC, and TFC from Monday to Saturday at 12 noon.
GTV or Good Television is the sister channel of GMA-7 which is formerly called GMA News TV. And after this surprising announcement despite the persistent rumors prior to this, Vice Ganda, one of the main hosts of the show, penned an emotional and heartfelt message.
According to him, with everything that the show went through in the past years, the recent events would just have to be a pat.
“Sa dami ng pinagdaanan natin, kering keri na natin to. Naranasan na natin ang ma-torture, mabugbog, ilibing ng buhay. Ngayon pa ba? Tapik na lang to,” he wrote.
There may be a lot of uncertainties but one thing is certain for them and that is the love of their madlang people. And this is the same love that sustained them all through those years.
