Owing to nearly a decade as “sisters” and co-hosts, Vice Ganda and Anne Curtis appear to have little filter when it comes to their onscreen banter on “It’s Showtime.”

That was evident yet again in a viral video of Vice Ganda candidly narrating how Curtis was supposedly made to cover up, prior to going live on television, because of her “revealing” outfit.

A laughing Curtis, who did not dispute Vice Ganda’s anecdote, can be seen in the video wearing a white sweater over what appeared to be a lace dress.

The exchange happened during the Saturday episode of “It’s Showtime.” The topic came up after an audience member, one of the companions of a “Tawag ng Tanghalan” contestant, was similarly made to wear a jacket over her cleavage-baring top.

“Na-Anne Curtis ka ngayon! Pinapatungan ang damit!” Vice Ganda said, before sharing that Curtis had been excited to sport the outfit, which they bought together during an overseas trip.

“Mamaya, may dumating na staff — ‘Pakipatungan daw po ‘yung damit.’ Kitang-kita ko ‘yung mukha niya, bumagsak ‘yung pisngi niya, e,” Vice Ganda continued, referring to Curtis.

The official YouTube upload of the moment already had some 600,000 views, as of writing, with comments expressing amusement with the level of closeness of the hosts.

Vice Ganda and Curtis’ hilarious banter has been a staple on “It’s Showtime,” with the actress’ singing often becoming a target of the comedian’s jokes.
