Heart Evangelista receives Mother’s Day treatment from Chiz Escudero’s kids Quino and Chesi

Heart Evangelista also received a lovely Mother’s Day letter from Chiz Escudero’s son Quino!

Heart Evangelista may not yet be a mom herself, but she’s certainly acing the role for Chiz Escudero’s kids while he’s away in Sorsogon during the quarantine.

And to thank her for her graciousness, Chesi and Quino gave Heart a Mother’s Day treat she rightfully deserves.

On Instagram, the Queen of Creative Collaborations shared snippets of her day as she ate the lunch prepared by Chiz’s kids.

She wrote, “Kiddos made lunch for me. Happy Mother’s Day.”

She then followed the post with a photo of the cards she’s received from the twins thanking her for taking good care of them and being their “mother figure while in quarantine.”

One of the cards read: “Dear Tita Heart,

“Happy, happy Mother’s Day! I hope you have a good day today. Unfortunately, this year’s Mother’s Day is on lockdown and sadly we are still going through Casper’s passing but eventually, we have to move on and stay strong for each other especially while in this lockdown situation.”

Casper was the second dog Heart has lost while the city is under enforced quarantine. Her first was a foster puppy named Linda that she only spent a day with.

“Thank you for always being here for us and being our mother figure while in quarantine and we don’t see Daddy and our mom every day. Us spending time here at home together has shown me and ate your love for Daddy, for us, for our dogs, for all [the people who] we are within the house, and your fellow Filipinos.

“We saw how strong you are and how you can take care of a household without having experience as a parent. But, we also see that you still need support from others whenever a situation, like Casper’s passing, your anxiety, and other things we see so we will also promise to be there for you as you have been there for us especially these past few weeks.

“Thank you very much for everything. Happy Mother’s Day. Sorry if sometimes we are makulit or being shy and ‘n.r.’ [no reaction] all the time.

“Again happy mother’s day and hopefully you understand how much we appreciate your love and effort to care for us and daddy. We love you very much,” concluded Quino in the letter.

.It can be recalled that there was a time when Heart had a chance to be a mother of her own.

On May 2018 when Heart Evangelista announced that she and Chiz were expecting twins. However, they lost one of the two early in the pregnancy.

A month later, they lost the remaining twin whom Heart named Mira.

To date, Heart has been featuring Chiz’s kids on her Instagram and YouTube vlogs.
