Mavy Legaspi shared the reactions of his parents Carmina Villarroel and Zoren Legaspi to his new hosting stint

Celebrity couple Carmina Villarroel and Zoren Legaspi have these reactions to the new Eat Bulaga hosting stint of their children Mavy and Cassy Legaspi.

The Legaspi twins were officially announced as part of the new version of the Kapuso noontime show on June 5. They are joined by Paolo Contis, Betong Sumaya, Buboy Villar, and Alexa Miro.

The new set of hosts received negative reactions online, especially from fans of TVJ and the original Dabarkads. However, the hosts, as well as the TAPE Inc. management asked the public to give them a chance.

In a recent interview, based on the article in PEP, Mavy Legaspi was asked about the reaction of Carmina Villarroel and Zoren Legaspi to their hosting stint inΒ Eat Bulaga. The young actor said that his and Cassy’s parents let them decide if they will accept this job or not.

β€œDefinitely, they gave us the decision to decide whether to take it or not. Pero may mas malaking push kasi yung dad ko,” Mavy said about his father. He added that they believe their parents because they have been in the industry for many years already.

Mavy also pointed out that his parents know what kind of opportunity they should grab in order for them to improve their skills. However, he admitted that his mother is more concerned about this matter.

β€œSiyempre, mas sensitive in her end. Pero doon siya sa improvement ng mga anak niya, towards Cassy and I. I appreciate that dahil alam ko, close to heart yungΒ EBΒ sa kanya and very sensitive siya,” the young actor said.

Following that positive statement, Mavy appeared to let out a meaningful statement.Β β€œAnd of course, we’re clean, we’re clean in the personal side. I won’t talk about that, but I just wanna put out there, in the personal end with the family and together with theΒ EBΒ hosts, in the personal end, we’re good,” he said.

The son of Carmina Villarroel and Zoren Legaspi also stressed that they were told to just do their jobs. He also shared that his mother talked to TVJ about the issue.
