Veteran TV host Willie Revillame allegedly said that the current hosts of Kapuso noontime show Eat Bulaga lack enthusiasm.

Just recently, rumors surfaced that Willie was offered to host the new EB after TVJ and the legit Dabarkads left the show. However, some speculations also surfaced that it was the Wowowin host who approached TAPE Inc. first to offer his own show as a replacement for the Kapauso noontime show.

A few days ago, Kuya Will released a new song titled Babalik Ako which appeared to be hinting at his TV comeback after he terminated his contract with ALLTV.

In a recent episode of talent manager-vlogger Ogie Diaz’s Showbiz Update, based on the article in Pang-Masa, he talked about this issue involving Willie Revillame.

Ogie shared that according to his source, Kuya Wil suggested to TAPE to give him half of the timeslot of Eat Bulaga. The veteran host allegedly wants to air Wowowin for an hour after the Kapuso noontime show.

Ogie’s source also revealed that the veteran host expressed negative comments on how the hosts of EB handle the show.

“Sana, hindi ito totoo, ‘no? Itanong na rin natin kay Willie Revillame. Totoo ba, Willie Revillame na sinabi mo na walang kalatuy-latoy ang mga hosts ng Eat Bulaga? Parang walang kadating-dating?” Ogie said.

The talent manager-vlogger also asked the veteran host if it is true that he suggested to the Jalosjos family that he will take over.

“Kaya nakakalito ang kwento. Kay ate Cristy(Fermin), ang kwento niya, or ng source ni ate Cristy, tinanggihan ni Willie. Dito naman sa kabila, ang sabi, eh tinanggihan si Willie sa offer ni Willie na mag-combine ang Eat Bulaga at ang Wowowin. Kaya ano ba ang totoo?” Ogie added.

The talent manger-vlogger also said that he heard another story claiming that Willie Revillame wants to be part of history in showbiz wherein three noontime shows are competing. Then, Ogie Diaz said that he hopes the veteran TV host will clarify this issue.
