ABS-CBN artist Andrea Brillantes was allegedly spotted with a basketball player and the sighting sparked dating rumors.
After dating a basketball player, is Andrea Brillantes dating another one? To recall, it was in 2023 when Brillantes and basketball player Ricci Rivero separated. The athlete is now in a relationship with a beauty queen which he clarified many times before was not the reason for his split with the actress.

To recall, Ricci asked Andrea to be his girlfriend during a basketball game. However, the supposed happy relationship did not last. And recently, making rounds online are some photos of the actress with a different basketball player. The photos sparked dating rumors.
Sam Fernandez is the alleged new boyfriend of the actress and in the posts online, the basketball player was seen behind the actress. As of writing, Brillantes and Fernandez have yet to address the dating rumors surrounding them.
Netizens online claimed that they were spotted last year. They were spotted on a Valentine’s date. Fernandez is a San Beda College athlete.
Meanwhile, Andrea is among the new stars of FPJ’s Batang Quiapo. She and the other new cast members such as Jake Cuenca, Angel Aquino, Juan Rodrigo, Paolo Paraiso, Gillian Vicencio, Shamaine Buencamino, and veteran stars Michael de Mesa, Albert Martinez, Dante Rivero, Chanda Romero, and Celia Rodriguez were previously introduced.
According to her, this is a great opportunity for her career. She already left Star Magic and is set to explore other roles and genres that will surely contribute to her growth as an actress. She desires to work in the series as long as she can and though there’s pressure in working with some of the industry’s icons, she remains positive.
