Seasoned actress Gelli de Belen is set to appear on the big screen alongside comedian Bayani Agbayani via romantic-comedy film, “Pansamantagal.” The movie’s leading lady talks about her character, Agnes, a mistress. Gelli entices the audience by sharing that the film tells the story of Agne’s journey to a distant resort to give herself time for self-reflection and learn to take the courage to cut her ties with her boyfriend. But amidst her time of solitude, Agnes meets Leo, played by Bayani. The two are supposedly set to clear their minds from their love dilemmas but their surprising friendship adds more drama to their situations.

The film is light and fun to watch but even if it appears hilarious, Gelli assures the audience that they will pick up certain lessons from it.“Pansamantagal’s” trailer has been making rounds in social media and viewers notice the naughty dialogues blurted out by the characters. Agnes, for instance, mentions something about the male genitalia.

Gelli admits loading up with courage after reading the script and observes that her character is set to deliver words that she rarely utters in real life. But the actress kept her professionalism on point; saying she committed herself to the project, hence, she knows it is required of her to adhere to the script.

In her TWBA guesting, Tito Boy, taking cue from Gelli’s lines in the movie, asks her if size does matter. The King of Talk can’t contain his laughter when Gelli jested, “It helps but it’s better if it is used well”. Gelli also jokes that her sons may kill her upon watching this part of the interview.
