Loyal viewers of the popular daytime drama “I Have A Lover” have no doubt become all too familiar with “Hanggang Dito Na Lang,” its local theme song from soul performer Jaya.
The Korean drama has been airing on ABS-CBN since October 2019, with a time slot just before “It’s Showtime.”
One of noontime show’s hosts, comedian Vice Ganda, shared on Friday that he is an avid fan of the series. The topic came up during the Tawag ng Tanghalan segment, when an interview with a contestant touched on being hurt from a relationship.
The exchange prompted a spoof, with Jaya, who was sitting as a judge in the singing contest, providing live background music as Vice Ganda and co-host Vhong Navarro re-enacted scenes from “I Have A Lover.”
