James Reid returns to It’s Showtime.

Actor and singer-songwriter James Reid comeback to It’s Showtime and he’s extremely happy to see Ryan Bang again.

Opening the Saturday episode of It’s Showtime is actor and singer-songwriter James Reid. He is returning alone and he is obviously happy to be reunited with the hosts and the madlang people.

To recall, Reid and Nadine Lustre, his girlfriend and love team back then, were part of ABS-CBN noontime show ‘It’s Showtime!’. It was in 2017 when they joined the show as hosts.

Now, seven years later, Reid is back. After many years of being away from the limelight, the actor is now back to acting but not really keen on being in a love team anymore.

After performing on Showtime, he had a little chat with the hosts of the program. But what delighted the viewers was his happiness when he saw Ryan Bang, his best friend. As much as we all know, they were batch mates in a teen edition of Pinoy Big Brother and this is also the same edition where he emerged as the big winner.

“Sabay kami [sa] ‘Pinoy Big Brother’ batchmate kami 2010,” Ryan explained.

In the same episode, Reid also gave a sample of his hit song “Randomantic” which is trending on Tiktok.

Meanwhile, as James returns to acting, he expresses no interest in working again with Nadine. JaDine was one of the famous love teams of ABS-CBN, however, despite their success and fame, he felt losing his identity at this stage.

“I don’t think that’s happening,” he said just to be clear and also not to give their supporters false hope. He is grateful to those who are still supporting them but working again with Nadine, or being in a love team in general, is something he’d not do again. But for acting, he’s definitely coming back.
