Netizens wish Vice Ganda would do this as well

Unkabogable Vice Ganda was urged by netizens to file a case against veteran showbiz writer Cristy Fermin.

This request from netizens came after the report that Megastar Sharon Cuneta and her husband former Senator Kiko Pangilinan filed a cyber libel case against Cristy on May 10, Friday.

To recall, Kapuso actress Bea Alonzo also filed the same case against the showbiz insider and talent manager-vlogger Ogie Diaz. Prior to this, Esther Lahbati, the mother of actress Sarah Lahbati also filed a cyber libel complaint against Cristy.

Because of Sharon and Kiko’s filing of a case against Cristy, the latter’s name became a trending topic on social media once again. Netizens were also mentioning the name of Vice Ganda in posts about the veteran showbiz writer.

The online community, especially on X, urged the It’s Showtime host to follow what Bea and Sharon did. They wanted the comedian-host to file a cyber libel case also against Cristy. Here are some tweets about this.

The Bwak Bwak Bwak that a netizen mentioned was perceived to be the supposed nickname that Vice made for the showbiz insider. To recall, the comedian-host created the song Bwak Bwak Bwak and netizens speculated that this was for Cristy.

There had been instances when Cristy had bad reactions to Vice Ganda. In a previous statement, despite the negative statements that she had against the comedian-host, Cristy said that she has no “personal na galit” to him.
