There’s definitely no doubt that “It’s Showtime” host Vice Ganda is among the busiest and most in-demand stars in the local entertainment scene at present. Thus, we can all agree that she truly deserves to go on a vacation, which she recently did together with her beloved family and friends in Coron, Palawan, as seen in the latest vlog uploaded on her official YouTube channel.

Aside from serving as her respite after weeks and months of having to juggle her hosting duties in the noontime show, her tapings for her upcoming film “…And The Breadwinner Is”, and her concert tour in the United States, the quick getaway was also her gift to her beloved Nanay Rosario, who requested for her birthday to be celebrated in the said island paradise.

Of course, being the generous child that she is, the Unkabogable Star made sure that her mother would be given royal treatment—from chartering a private plane that would take them to their destination to assuring that all her needs would be given to her. When they arrived at the Busuanga Airport, they boarded a ferry going to their accommodation, where Vice played “ganda-gandahan” as she marveled at the exquisiteness of the scenery they passed through. She then goofed around and pulled a prank on her friends and siblings to while away the time. 

The “It’s Showtime” host was visibly impressed by how they were welcomed by the management and staff of the exclusive island resort, from handing her a bouquet of flowers to putting personalized pillows with the images of her and her husband, Ion Perez, printed on them. Speaking of Ion, she revealed that the reason why he was not able to join them on their out-of-town trip was because he had to attend his team’s Magpasikat rehearsals.

After the kulitan moments at their accommodations, Vice and her friends spent the afternoon by the seashore in hopes of watching the sun set. Unfortunately, clouds covered the sun, so they simply chatted over snacks, watched the bats hover above them, and took pleasure in the beauty of the still majestic view. Later that evening, they had a sumptuous and lavish dinner together with their other companions.

On their second day, they went to the Malpagalen Island to have lunch. While the staff were still preparing their food, the group had a photoshoot where Vice strutted in her neon pink and yellow swimsuit that made her appear like a doll. Since it was drizzling, they decided to go on a swim first with Nanay Rosario who gamely joined them with her life vest on.

By the end of the vlog, in which they were seen enjoying the delicious food prepared by the resort staff for them, it was revealed that everything we saw in this vlog was just the first part of their grand celebration of Nanay Rosario’s birthday. So, you better watch out for Vice’s next vlog!
