Here’s Vice Ganda “strangling” Anne Curtis, who pretended to misread “pumagitna,” and said “pumangit” instead.

Anne Curtis and Vice Ganda had a funny moment on It’s Showtime yesterday, July 25, 2022.

It happened during the “Miss Q&A” segment while Vice and Anne were introducing the mechanics for the competition’s next part, which entailed a debate.

Vice acted as the mediator.

Anne, who was reading her spiels at the teleprompter, asked Vice to come to the middle, blurting out, “Kaya sistarette, ito na, pumangit ka na.”

Vhong Navarro immediately reacted to Anne’s “error” and said, “Hindi pumangit!”

Vice, who was about to go to the middle area of the stage, stopped and looked at Anne, and hit her butt with his cue cards!

Vice then told Anne, “Anong ‘Pumangit ka na?!’”

Anne said, “Ay, mali pala yung pagkabasa ko.”

Vice then pretended to strangle Anne due to her “mishap.”

Pointing to the teleprompter, Anne continued, “Pumagitna ka na. Mali pala yung pagkabasa ko!”

Vice, while still strangling Anne, said, “Walang dyosa-dyosa sa akin!”

He was referring to Anne’s monicker “Pambansang Dyosa.”

Vice then asked if he had to go to the middle of the stage, and invited Jhong Hilario to join him.

Vice told Jhong, “Uy, sumama ka… para mas pumangit ka!”

Jhong then pretended to defend Anne and explained to Vice that it was actually a compliment.

 

As he took his position on stage, Vice told Anne, “Tandaan mo iyan, sinasabi ko sa iyo!”

Anne then revealed the truth behind her “misreading” the spiel.

She told Vice, “Alam mo kung sino nagturo sa akin? Itong dalawang ito,” referring to Jhong and Vhong.

 

Jhong told Anne, “Nagtuturo ka na naman!”

Vice then pretended to pinch Vhong and told him, “Makain mo sana yung ngipin mo!”

The four hosts then proceeded with the “Miss Q&A” segment.
